It had crossedmarvelous 40 per cent in 1988-89 and it was morethan 30 per cent in 1992-93 when Amarsinh Choudhary and Chimanbhai Patel ruled the staterespectively. However, there is not a single yearwhen the growth rate is more than twenty percent since 1993-94. In fact, it reached up to 19.33%in 1996-97. Barring it, the the SDP growth rate hasnever been more than 15 per cent during 1992-93 to 2008-09. Since my language is czech I would appreciate a recommendation which part of plugin is needed to be edited in order to force the mail subject to have UTF8 charset.2) Not so urgent: I have more than one quizes, each quiz has 18 questions, each question has 5 answers since it is very, very slow to add new answers I would appreciate some way to duplicate quizes. | comments: | Hi Rhona,I was really instereted in your last entry about your Loch Ness Marathon experience. I was amazed that it was almost exactly the same as mine. Edinburgh a couple of weeks ago was my first marathon and I went into it slightly smug and injury free and at around 13 miles ended up with the ouside of my knees feeling like rusty gate hinges. I finished in 5 Hours 11 minutes sore and shell shocked. I have been doing ITB stretches but wondered how you managed to get over this hurdle to be able to handle the very impressive training regime that you are following now. | comments: | I had a great experience at Kintec ydaetresy! At first I was treated professionally by a fellow(don t remember his name) who was very knowledgeable about my actual foot problem! I decided to go elsewhere to basically price check and see what other brands were out there. I wound up coming back to the Kintec store on McCallum in Abbotsford to try on a pair or two. I was introduced to Kristina who was to show me the various shoe types and to get me fitted as best as possible. Again I had very friendly service and she sold me some shoes that will hopefully cure my foot issues. Google took an under linux and macos perfectly suoeprtpd html render engine (webkit) and completely shunted all the open source developers by not releasing even an alpha for either linux or maxos. Months pass by that the chrome beta works flawless on windows, but they can't even produce an alpha tarball for linux.Google really shows it's true side again. I will go back to IE8 once the issue has been fixed but will keep Chrome as my backup browser; I really like it.Chrome right now is a bare-bones browser but I will it'll be add nice features.One thing that I know changes in Chrome is the location of the Stop (X) button on the right-end of the Omnibox.
