| comments: | alright, you guys want that kick-ass recipe from your kelowna show? grab a pen. 1 kg of beef, brown it. toss it in a bigger pot (huge) with two cups of water, two cans of spag sauce, a pack of kd with the cheese powder, some more noodles for weight, 1 cup of frozen vegetables, any and all the spices and hot sauces you have and some fresh veggies and garlic (whatever else you want). Bring this stew to a boil, then turn down to mid-heat and let simmer covered for 15-20 minutes. Because there's so much shit in the pot, make sure that your noodles are tender and your frozen veggies are cooked before removing from heat. After that has cooked, add the 4-person serving batch of rice that you've had cooking on one of the other burners for added filler, mix in with the stew and enjoy. that my friends is called 'the best of the best', and that it surely is.
